Across 80+ production lines we run standard models, modified builds and ground-up new tooling under one roof. This page answers the two questions every buyer asks — can you handle my volume, and how soon do I get my goods — then lets you self-locate your order on the lead-time ladder.

DiBiBi Monthly Capacity — Standard Performance Data
We build to order — no goods sit on a shelf. Every order takes a slot in the production queue; smaller standard runs clear fastest. Peak output assumes standard models on continuous run; mixed schedules reduce throughput.

DiBiBi Production Lead Time
Lead time steps up with distance from ready tooling. Find the tier your order falls into — the bar shows the relative wait; the trigger line tells you what pushes an order into that tier.
Trigger: a modest standard-series order — roughly 500 units or fewer, existing model and spec. It slots straight into the queue and clears fast, no full-scale run needed.
Standard Product
existing model
Trigger: existing model, existing mold, existing color and spec. No changes — we just run it through the line.
Modified Product
existing model, changed
Trigger: an existing model with changes — different color, added hardware, minor dimension tweak. Needs mold/setup adjustment, not new tooling.
Custom Outdoor Sructures
built to your spec
Trigger: built to your requirements — size, layout, branding — on our existing process capability, but nothing pre-made. A full production cycle from scratch.
New Product Development
new SKU
Trigger: a genuinely new SKU — new mold tooling, sampling, then testing & validation before mass production. Mold-making alone runs weeks before the first unit.

FAQs
No — everything is built to order. Each order takes a slot in the production queue, so your lead time depends on the tier your order falls into and the current queue, not on shelf availability.
A modest standard-series order — around 500 units or fewer of an existing model — typically clears in 5–7 workdays once it enters the queue.
Around 150,000 units a month across 80+ lines — roughly 3,000 units per week on a single standard model running continuously. Larger accounts are scheduled across multiple lines.
When your specs are confirmed we place the order in line and give you a firm production slot. Higher tiers (modified, custom, new tooling) add setup or mold time before the run begins.
A new SKU needs new mold tooling, sampling and validation before mass production can start. Mold-making alone runs weeks before the first unit is produced.
