A shed, greenhouse or pergola is a structural product. It stands outdoors for a decade, carries wind and snow load, and is assembled by a customer with a screwdriver. Most quality problems never show themselves on the shop floor — they appear eighteen months later as a bowed roof panel, a rusted base rail, or a missing fastener bag that turns into a return.
Which is why we would rather you came and checked. DiBiBi manufactures in Jinhua, Zhejiang, and we welcome customer auditors, third-party inspection agencies and live remote walkthroughs throughout the year.

What There is to See
Four Production Lines, One Site
Resin moulding, metal forming and welding, aluminium extrusion processing and timber machining all run under our own roof. That is unusual, and it is the main reason a single visit can cover an entire product range rather than one category.
It also means the material choice on your product is a genuine decision rather than whatever the factory happens to make. You can walk all four lines in an afternoon and see how the same design behaves in each.
Certification You can Verify
Our products are tested and certified to the standards that apply in the markets we ship to — EN standards and CE marking for the EU, UKCA for the UK, and ASTM testing for North America. Resin components are tested to REACH and RoHS; metal components are tested for heavy-metal content and coating performance.
Testing is carried out by accredited third-party laboratories. Certificates are issued per product family rather than blanket, so when you ask us for a certificate we will tell you exactly which SKUs it covers.
Quality Control on the Line, not Just at the End
Inspection runs at three stages: incoming materials, in process, and finished goods. Raw resin, steel, aluminium and packaging materials are checked on arrival. Dimensions, tolerances and structural strength are checked as production runs. Finished units are inspected and tested by series.
The check we would most encourage you to watch is the drop test. Packaging is where a well-made product quietly becomes a damaged one, and a carton dropped in front of you tells you more in thirty seconds than a test report does in ten pages.
Tooling, Moulds and Development
Our moulds are our own, maintained on a documented schedule with tracked tool life. For an OEM or ODM buyer this matters in two directions: it decides whether your programme can actually be produced at the volume and lead time quoted, and it decides whether a custom tool built for you stays capable across its life.
The R&D team, the sampling process and typical development lead times are all open to discussion during a visit. Custom projects run under NDA in a restricted area with controlled drawing access.
Factory Condition Indoors
Warehouse discipline, fire safety and how staff are treated are not side issues — they are the best available predictor of whether quality holds up over time. A tidy warehouse with proper stock rotation and damp protection is run by people who also get the product right.
So the walkthrough includes the raw material and finished goods warehouses, the canteen and working environment, PPE provision, fire escape routes and drill records, and 5S standards across the floor. We would rather show you these than be asked about them.
