How we practice our commitment

We focus on practical actions that support product longevity, reduce avoidable waste and improve the way we work.

Durable by Design

DBB products focus on structural reliability, weather resistance and low-maintenance use. By creating products that can continue serving customers over time, we aim to reduce the need for frequent replacement. We also provide spare and replacement parts that help extend a product’s useful life.

Smarter use of materials

During resin-product manufacturing, reusable resin panel material is collected and returned to the production process where its condition and quality make this possible. This reduces material waste. We are also exploring opportunities to use materials more efficiently across product design, manufacturing and packaging.

More Efficient Operations

Our teams work to improve production processes, equipment use and operational efficiency. Through process optimisation and the gradual introduction of more automated production technologies, we aim to reduce unnecessary material and resource use while maintaining consistent product quality.

Compact Packaging, Practical Delivery

DBB products are designed to be packed as unassembled components in compact, flat boxes. Flat-pack packaging makes more efficient use of available space than transporting fully assembled structures.

It also supports practical warehousing, handling and international distribution for our retail, wholesale and OEM/ODM partners.

We continue to review product structures and packaging solutions to find opportunities to reduce unnecessary packaging while protecting products throughout transportation.
