Since 2011, DBB has developed multi-material outdoor structures for international markets, including metric and imperial specifications and retail, e-commerce, and distribution requirements.

CORE ADVANTAGES

What Makes DBB Different?

The difficult-to-copy part is not one feature. It is the connected system that keeps creating and delivering better products.

Self-Developed Product Languages

Distinctive surfaces and structures make DBB products easier to recognize and position. Examples include dimensional wood-look plastic panels, proprietary metal panel profiles, the twist-resistant B Plus greenhouse frame, and differentiated colors, roof forms, doors, accessories, and layouts.

Innovation That Changes the User Experience

We focus on improvements customers can see or use: stronger structures, cleaner finishes, practical drainage and ventilation, safer glazing choices, easy-assembled modules, and installation methods designed to make DIY assembly more manageable.

A Growing Intellectual-Property Base

Our growing IP portfolio covers invention, utility-model, appearance, and international design rights, supporting continuous innovation in product design, structure, and installation.

Know-How Across Materials and Categories

From PP and steel to aluminum and polycarbonate, DBB understands how different materials perform across design, manufacturing, and installation—bringing proven know-how from one product category to the next.

Innovation That Can Be Repeated at Scale

We turn product ideas into repeatable production standards, from tooling and first-article approval to quality checks, packaging, and continuous improvement.

OPERATING SYSTEM

Built for Long-Term Partnership.

Plan & Validate

Production is scheduled against order and material readiness. Incomplete or unresolved materials are not released blindly into production, reducing avoidable disruption later in the process.

At product changes, material changes, tooling changes, equipment restart, or resolved abnormalities, a first article is self-checked and then confirmed by IPQC before volume production continues.

Control & Protect

Operators conduct scheduled self-inspection while IPQC performs process patrols. Material, dimensions, fit, structure, surface, function, and identification are checked at defined points.

Abnormal parts are stopped, identified, isolated, and escalated. Pre-packing and final packing use counting, role ownership, QC confirmation, and line-stop rules for missing, mixed, or incorrect parts.

Verify Delivery

Customer inspection can include quantity and marking checks, assembly verification, and packaging tests such as ISTA 3A-style drop testing. Packaging is designed around classification, fixing, clear identification, moisture, shock, and compression risks.

Improve Together

Sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and after-sales teams share customer feedback, investigate major issues together, define corrective actions, and feed what they learn into the next production run and product generation.

Our international management systems, product-specific certifications, responsible material choices, controlled production, responsive support, and long-term warranty programs are all expressions of the same idea: DBB stays responsible after the order ships.

How DBB Helps You Win.

We Start with the Market Position—Then Build the Product and Supply Plan Around It.

Win More Price Points

Our Lite, Standard, and Advanced series create a clear good-better-best architecture. Customers can cover essential value, balanced mainstream performance, and premium design without losing the shared standards behind the DBB name.

Win Attention

Distinctive wood-look surfaces, refined metal profiles, Morandi-inspired greenhouse colors, multiple roof and door forms, and new concepts such as outdoor bars and hunting blinds give buyers a stronger product story than another generic structure.

Win More of the Category

The portfolio reaches from cabinets and compact storage to sheds, greenhouses, carports, garages, pergolas, and pavilions. That breadth supports line extensions, coordinated collections, larger baskets, and new seasonal opportunities.

Win Local Fit

Different sizes, panel systems, glazing options, structures, colors, accessories, and compliance paths allow a range to be aligned with local climate, consumer expectations, channel rules, and price targets.

Win the Repeat Order

DIY-friendly structures, clearer component organization, controlled packing, durable material choices, and feedback-driven improvement protect the experience after the first sale—the part that determines reviews, returns, and repeat business.

DBB stays close to customers and market signals across Europe, North America, Australia, and other regions. What we learn feeds product positioning, new-product development, and range improvement.
