Why DBB
DBB – A professional manufacturer with 15 years’ experience.
Our vision is becoming the beacon of outdoor structures.
PRACTICAL COOPERATION CAPABILITY
DBB brings product strategy, self-developed design, engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and long-term support into one outdoor-structures partnership.

Product Quality & Monitoring
First-article approval, operator self-checks, IPQC patrols, and finished-product verification help control material, dimensions, fit, surface, function, and packing quality.
Responsive Customer Service
Sales, engineering, quality, production, and after-sales teams work together to answer questions, investigate issues, and follow corrective actions.
Packaging & Logistics Control
Pre-packing and final packing include component counting, classification, fixing, labeling, QC confirmation, and transport testing where required.
Scalable Production Capacity
An 100,000 m² production base combined production footprint, and stated annual capacity of more than 100,000 greenhouse and storage sets support volume orders.
Installation & After-Sales Support
Installation questions and product issues can be supported by sales, engineering, quality, and after-sales teams to identify the cause and provide the appropriate response.
Product-Specific Warranty
Long-term warranty programs are defined according to the product, component, market, and commercial program, with applicable written terms confirmed for each order.
Installation-Ready Products
Component fit, pre-assembled modules, part identification, instructions, and expected installation tools are considered during product development.
Production & Export Experience
Since 2011, DBB has developed multi-material outdoor structures for international markets, including metric and imperial specifications and retail, e-commerce, and distribution requirements.
CORE ADVANTAGES
The difficult-to-copy part is not one feature. It is the connected system that keeps creating and delivering better products.
OPERATING SYSTEM
Production is scheduled against order and material readiness. Incomplete or unresolved materials are not released blindly into production, reducing avoidable disruption later in the process.
At product changes, material changes, tooling changes, equipment restart, or resolved abnormalities, a first article is self-checked and then confirmed by IPQC before volume production continues.

Operators conduct scheduled self-inspection while IPQC performs process patrols. Material, dimensions, fit, structure, surface, function, and identification are checked at defined points.
Abnormal parts are stopped, identified, isolated, and escalated. Pre-packing and final packing use counting, role ownership, QC confirmation, and line-stop rules for missing, mixed, or incorrect parts.
Customer inspection can include quantity and marking checks, assembly verification, and packaging tests such as ISTA 3A-style drop testing. Packaging is designed around classification, fixing, clear identification, moisture, shock, and compression risks.

Sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and after-sales teams share customer feedback, investigate major issues together, define corrective actions, and feed what they learn into the next production run and product generation.
Our international management systems, product-specific certifications, responsible material choices, controlled production, responsive support, and long-term warranty programs are all expressions of the same idea: DBB stays responsible after the order ships.
Our Lite, Standard, and Advanced series create a clear good-better-best architecture. Customers can cover essential value, balanced mainstream performance, and premium design without losing the shared standards behind the DBB name.
Distinctive wood-look surfaces, refined metal profiles, Morandi-inspired greenhouse colors, multiple roof and door forms, and new concepts such as outdoor bars and hunting blinds give buyers a stronger product story than another generic structure.
The portfolio reaches from cabinets and compact storage to sheds, greenhouses, carports, garages, pergolas, and pavilions. That breadth supports line extensions, coordinated collections, larger baskets, and new seasonal opportunities.
Different sizes, panel systems, glazing options, structures, colors, accessories, and compliance paths allow a range to be aligned with local climate, consumer expectations, channel rules, and price targets.
DIY-friendly structures, clearer component organization, controlled packing, durable material choices, and feedback-driven improvement protect the experience after the first sale—the part that determines reviews, returns, and repeat business.
DBB stays close to customers and market signals across Europe, North America, Australia, and other regions. What we learn feeds product positioning, new-product development, and range improvement.
