From Materials to Final Packaging
Dibibi products’ material stream follows a defined route before the components are grouped and packed as one complete order.

Metal Component Preparation
Aluminum parts are cut, deburred, angle-cut, drilled, and slot-milled. Steel tubes are laser-cut, bent, reduced, and drilled before off-site powder coating. Sheet-metal parts are laser-cut, bent, stamped, or formed into corrugated roof panels.

Panel & Plastic Processing
Plastic panels and profiles are extruded, heat-conditioned, sanded, embossed, and precision-grooved. Thermoforming and injection molding produce shaped components and accessories.

Finishing & Packing
Finished parts are counted and prepacked in fixed quantities. They are placed into approved cartons or wooden cases, then transferred by roller conveyor for final line packing.
Production management
We use the mature ERP and OA system for the enterprise’s production process, logistics, capital flow and other aspects of a comprehensive integrated management, so that the operation of the enterprise to achieve digital, intelligent, improve the efficiency of enterprise operation. On this basis, flexible production can be realized and the loss of manpower and material resources can be reduced.

In-Process Control
Cut dimensions, end angles, hole and slot positions, tube bends, formed profiles, panel flatness, and surface texture are monitored during processing.

Pre-Shipment Verification
Prepacked quantities, component sets, cartons, wooden cases, and order details are confirmed before release.
Prepared for Global Delivery
Components are first grouped and prepacked in fixed quantities according to the approved packing sample or specification. They are then packed into cartons or wooden cases and transferred by roller conveyor through the final packing line.
