Metal Fabrication for Outdoor Structures

In-house cutting, forming, and coating lines mean tighter tolerances and fewer supplier handoffs.

From Coil to Body

Metal fabrication is the general term for turning raw metal material into finished components or structures. It involves precision cutting, forming, joining, and surface finishing. At DiBiBi, each stage is carefully controlled and adapted to the structural, durability, and production requirements of our metal sheds.

01 Cutting

Laser cutting, plasma cutting, sawing

03 Welding

Joining frame and structural components

05 Surface treatment

Grinding, galvanizing, powder coating

02 Bending & Forming

Cold-bending sheet steel into panel shapes

04 Stamping, drilling, milling

Precision holes and mounting points for hardware and panel alignment

06 Assembly

Final build into a complete unit

Steel Materials for Outdoor Structures

Steel Specification

Our metal storage line uses color steel tile formed by rolling and cold bending, at 0.25–0.35mm coil thickness. The finish is weather-resistant, fade-resistant and rust-resistant, with a rated service life of 15+ years. Internal structure and base components use galvanized steel for added corrosion resistance.

Powder Coating

After forming, panels go through a powder coating process that seals the surface against corrosion and UV fade. Unlike wet paint, powder coating cures to a harder, more even finish, and that consistency holds at the points other lines cut corners on: fastener holes, folded edges, cut corners.

Metal Fabrication Verification

From raw coil to finished panel, every stage is checked before it moves forward.

Material Sourcing

Coil origin and grade verification, with an incoming thickness check on every roll before it reaches the line.

Cold-Forming

A rolling and cold-bend line that holds tolerance to under 3mm, so panels seat true and edges close clean.

Surface Protection

A galvanized substrate is applied before coating, putting corrosion resistance underneath the finish, not just on top of it.

Metal Structure Test

Quality Check Description Specification
Coil Thickness Verification Checked on incoming raw material before any forming begins. 100% of batches inspected
Cold-Bend Angle Tolerance Maximum deviation allowed for each bend during forming. < 3 mm
Corrosion / Salt-Spray Testing Continuous exposure test covering panels and fastener connection points. 1.5-3 hours
Snow Load Rating Maximum static load capacity per square meter. 80 kg/m²
Wind Load Rating Maximum sustained wind speed the structure is designed to withstand. 100 km/h
